SELLING IS THE HIGHEST PAID JOB if you are good at it. It offers opportunities for the average people that are unimaginable in most professions.
Confidence in you is essential to succeed in sales. Confidence of the organization depends on your confidence as you represent the organization. The prospect’s buying confidence will come from your confidence.
Selling is all about converting big ‘NO’ to ‘YES’. As mentioned above ‘NO’ is the standard response in every proposal as our prospect does not know to what he/she is saying ‘no’. Therefore the first step is to convert our prospect from ‘NO’ to ‘KNOW’. To convert ‘no’ to ‘know’ we should take the initiative to know him. If I take the initiative to know him, then he will also come forward to know me. Every action has got equal and opposite reaction, that’s the law of the nature.
Selling is all about relationship building.

To build and maintain a quality relationship is very important in selling. It is to come across in a friendly manner, to be warm, supportive, knowledgeable, and completely focused on helping the customer to solve a problem or achieve a goal with the product or service.
Positive mental attitude is essential to succeed in sales. A positive mental attitude is best defined as a constructive response to stress. It is a solution-oriented, objective approach to the difficulties and challenges we face each day. The most important aspect in selling is the art of asking questions and listening patiently to understand the client; so that you can provide the right solution to the client. Then ask for business and close the sale.
The major obstacles in our sales career are Low self esteem and Fear of rejection. Fear of rejection is the biggest obstacle in the success of our sales career. It holds back us from seeing more and better prospect, and translating those calls into more and better sales. The good thing about fear of rejection is that, it is an acquired fear. No one is born with it. Fear of rejection makes us to live in the past rather than in the present. As it is an acquired fear, it can be changed.

OBJECTION IS AN OPPORTUNITY IN DISGUISE
Objections are good. They are essential to the selling process. There are no sales without them. No matter how through your presentation, your prospect will always have unanswered questions and concerns that you will have to deal with it before proceeding to the conclusion of the sale. Objections indicate interest. Where there are no objections, there is no interest. Successful sales have twice as many objections as unsuccessful sales. You will feel disappointed, angry, or defensive. You will feel that your product is being attacked by the customer and our natural instinct will be to counterattack. This is a big mistake we commit. Instead of being up set by an objection, no matter how harshly it is delivered, we should be exhilarated. You now have an opportunity to begin moving the sale forward.
Objections reveal the hidden motives that underlie buyer behaviour. When a prospect challenges one of your statements, he is saying that part of your product is important to him and he wants more information in that area.
Never forget that listening builds trust. Every objection or question that the customer asks you is an opportunity for you to build a deeper foundation of trust for the relationship that you must have in place when it comes time to making the buying decision. You should expect a certain amount of sales resistance the first time you meet a prospect. Don’t be affected by it. Just remember that it’s not personal.

Acknowledge and compliment whatever question or objection prospect gives.
“That’s a good question, Mr. Prospect (Sir/Madam), I’m glad you asked it. And in addition to that, is there any other reason why you might be hesitating about going ahead with this offer right now?” Again remain silent. Often the first objection is merely a smokescreen. The real objection lies further below the surface. If he gives you another objection, you acknowledge it and go on. “By the way, Mr. Prospect (Sir/Madam), just before I go, I wonder if you could do me a favour. It would really help me with my other customers if I know exactly where I went wrong in my presentation to you. What is the real reason you decided not to buy?” And then remain perfectly silent, smiling. Whatever objections you get, you can continually control the sales conversation with the magic phrases, “Obviously you have a good reason for saying that; do you mind if I ask what it is?”

You can have the greatest ideas in the world, but they are of no good to your Company, or your career, if you can’t express them clearly and persuasively. Barrack Obama became the 44th President of United States on the power of his communication. We communicate on the basis of our values, beliefs, thoughts and knowledge on the subject. As a leader you need to communicate your ideas to delegate the task to be carried out by your subordinates. It’s not what you communicate but how you communicate plays the major role in every relationship.

One of the main reasons why a manager gets stressed if the job delegated to the subordinate is not completed in time and the productivity is not up to the expectation.  In most cases manager blames the subordinates.  One of the main reasons for not getting the desired result is the lack of effective communication skill. As mentioned above it’s not what you communicate but how you communicate plays the major role in every relationship. For example in most of the communication a manager communicates in a commanding or blaming manner, but no one likes to be commanded or blamed for anything, though the fault is with him/her.  If a manager communicates in a commanding manner, he may get the job done but the employees will not perform whole-heartedly and the quality of the outcome may suffer.
We are into business. What does that mean? We are busy; we want to get more jobs done in less time. But sometime, the way we communicate, we dig our own grave by prolonging the communication with negative output. Grammatically you may be perfect, but that does not mean anything to us unless you are getting the desired result.

Another interesting behaviour pattern I have noticed in this information age, most of us always ready to disagree and argue. Most individual thinks he/she knows better than the other person and unconsciously develops false ego; as a result he is always ready to defend with arguments.
To be a better communicator, we have to be a better listener.  Listening skills is one of the very difficult skills though it seems to be simple. Most of the time we are not listening but hearing and there is a compulsive thinking going inside our mind, like playing our own tape recorder.  Most of the time we are preparing to reply or answer with little listening and understanding the other person’s ideas and perspectives.  We have created such a strong wall of our views, opinions and perceptions that we are always preparing to defend our views and opinions to be best.

If I listen, then only I can understand the other person’s view. We must remember ‘listening builds trust’. I have discussed the common situations we face in our life in professional and personal life and how we can improve our Interpersonal Relationship in our personal life and professional life in the manual with lots of case studies, examples and role plays.

Ever since my first book: ‘9 Secrets, the Ultimate Success Strategies’ was released, most of the readers of the book have asked me to make a student edition. This book is the result of encouragement and inspiration from the readers of my first book. They felt this kind of book will help the current generation to shape up their career.
Every student has a dream and dreams turn into fantasy if we don’t get the proper guidance at the appropriate time to take the appropriate action
Most of the precious things on this earth come to us free of cost: our body, mind and intelligence. As our
intelligence came to us free of cost, we take it for granted; otherwise every student has the capability to excel. This book will help you to create your blueprint, shape up your life, decide your destiny and design your success.

In 1901 when Einstein was unable to get a teaching post, so he accepted a position as a technical assistant in the Swiss Patent Office that allowed him a generous amount of spare time. He used this spare time to produce much of his remarkable work for which he is so well known today.

People whoever achieved extraordinary result in their lives, were initially criticized or labelled as fool; because they only could see their long-term outcome or vision. Fear of criticism is one of the biggest obstacles in the path of success. Whoever has been successful in this world had to defeat this worst enemy- fear of criticism. People refuse to take action in spite of having all the talents due to the fear of criticism (if I fail). For these people fear of criticism is stronger than desire to succeed. Some people refuse to set high goal due to the fear of criticism from friends and relatives.

No one has learned everything from their birth. We learn through making mistakes. How many times you have fallen down to learn walking? Please don’t get afraid to make mistake to avoid criticism. Criticisms are your feedback that you are going to be an extraordinary person in the future. Coal had to go through extreme temperature and pressure to become diamond, and this diamonds need cutting and polishing before they can be useful. You are a rough diamond; dealing with criticism is polishing the diamond that is you. Wish you all the success in your life.

Success is knowing how to persist. Einstein attributed much of his success not to his mathematical abilities, but his persistence.
Said Einstein, "It's not that I'm so smart, it's just that I staywith problems longer."

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
There are four basic traits that need to be followed for enrichment of our lives. They are:

a) Patience
b) Punctuality
c) Positive Attitude &
d) Initiative

Patience is one of the important qualities essential for improvement in our life. Nothing happens overnight. It takes time to achieve our goal. Patience to persist with will-power will help you to achieve your objectives.

Everyone has got 24 hrs in a day. If I am not punctual, then I am not respecting other person’s time. If I don’t respect others, I can’t expect respect from others. I will not be able to work in a team and I will be left behind.

Every incident has a positive side and negative aspect. How we take the learning from it depends on our awareness and attitude.

We always like a person who takes initiative by himself to take up the task instead of waiting to be told.

I specialize in training programs on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in Stress Management and for Personal & Professional Excellence. If you can arrange for your people, I would like to take 2 hours in-house session on the above topic. Once you and your people are happy with the 2 hours session, we can go for further sessions and long-term association.
IQ is important to get a job or start a business and EQ is more important to sustain and grow is career or business. According to studies EQ accounts 85% for growth of your business.

When we are dealing with machines or computers, if we press the right button (IQ) we get the desired result. At workplace we have to deal with human beings and these human beings have emotions including myself. If I am emotionally sound then only I will be able contribute my 100% intellectual resource to the organization.
Personal and Professional Life are opposite sides of the same coin. I can’t compartmentalize my Personal and Professional Life. What I do or what happens in my life in between ‘9 am to 6 pm’ has got impact on ‘6 pm to 9 am’, and vice versa.
If I am not happy with my relationship at home, I may not feel like coming back to home after office hours. I may go for alcohol, gambling or other places. I will not be able to release my emotional surge, which will lead to psychosomatic illness. I will not be able to put 100% effort at work. Same way if I am not able to deal with my professional life, I will bring frustration back to home. I will get irritated in small issues. The quality of work will suffer and my creativity will go down due to mental tension and stress.
We are not comfortable to discuss our private issues in group program. Therefore we have individual private sessions called Life Coaching/ Executive Coaching program.
Some of the training workshops are mentioned below & we can customize to your needs:
Ø  Managerial Effectiveness & Stress Management for better performance & productivity
Ø  Emotional Intelligence in Leadership & Stress Management
Ø  Professional Selling Skills Development for achieving sales target
I am sharing some of the feedbacks

Please visit http://lifemanagementacademy.com/ for more details

I will be grateful to you if can arrange for 2 hours session for your people to be motivated and perform better in their job. For further information please contact us on 9989675936.

Thoughts are powerful vibration. These vibrations become powerful and strong when you practice what you speak out in a training session.
As a trainer whatever you convey if you have not practiced, it is not the ultimate truth for you. It is theoretical truth, because it is not an experiential truth for you. Therefore whenever you convey your ideas to the participants, you can not be that confident. Your body language will not be aligned. The vibrations of thought will not be that powerful to create greater impact on others mind who are listening to your talk. If you can understand the functioning of mobile phone, you will have more clarity of the concept I am trying to convey. You can communicate to other person through mobile phones due to the matching of vibrations (wave length) of other person’s mobile whom you are talking with your mobile’s vibration.
If you want to be an effective communicator or a trainer, you must practice yourself what you preach. If you are not committed, you can’t ask participants to be committed. If you are not punctual and trustworthy, you can not ask participants to be punctual and trustworthy. If you cannot practice forgiveness and gratitude then you can not expect participant to practice and it will not work out. It will not hit their mind; there is no alignment of thought vibration. Only good in speaking will not workout in the long run, to be an effective trainer and communicator. You must practice yourself whatever you convey. Your thoughts and actions must be aligned.
Once your thoughts and actions are aligned, your presence will emit positive vibration (aura), then whatever you convey; people will give their best effort to act on your instruction. Once your participants act on your instruction, you become an effective trainer and leader
