This is to inform that we are organizing 2 days experiential workshop on Emotional Intelligence & Stress Management followed by two weeks personal sessions on 29th & 30th March 2014 (10 am- 5pm). We can’t discuss our personal issues in the group session, therefore we have personal session.
When we are dealing with machines or computers, if we press the right button (IQ) we get the desired result. But in our professional life you have to deal with human computers and these human computers have emotions. Therefore Emotional Intelligence (EQ) plays vital role in building relationship and core values (SQ) in maintaining long-term relationship. There is a saying, “people join companies and leave their bosses.” The truth is, “we take decision emotionally and justify them rationally”.
The objective of the workshop is to make the participants aware of the importance and practice of Emotional Intelligence (EQ & Core Values) in leadership. The programme has been designed keeping in mind the needs of the present fast changing corporate scenario.
